This was a luxurious stay on our next Exmoor vacation. Last time we stopped we had a cosy, excellent room with the garden, comfy bed, as for instance. Location: the hotel was near Exmoor, the local facilities and a local restaurant.

Nestled in a picturesque setting, it is the perfect location for those who love nature. From walking to exploring the north coast resorts, there's something for everyone. the accommodation, including the Annex, is spacious and comfortable with lovely beds, good washing facilities, and hot water aplenty. the breakfast, cooked to order, is delectable, and the service is kind and welcoming. the drive to the property is wonderful and includes a charming bridge. There are also thoughtful touches in the form of cake and milk provided.

The deposit-paying process may need some refinement to avoid making guests feel uncomfortable.

The room was spacious and clean, offering plenty of space for our Christmas getaway. the location was peaceful and picturesque, perfect for a weekend or longer stay. We enjoyed being able to take a stroll down to the river and explore the nearby village, which had a charming pub, a shop, and a cafe.

The remoteness of the location was a drawback, as it was quite far from any other towns or attractions. the narrow, unlit, and twisty roads made it difficult to navigate, especially at night.

Had an amazing Xmas getaway, surrounded by stunning nature! Enjoyed exploring the nearby moorland and coastal areas. Accommodation was great, offering a spacious and comfortable room with a plentiful supply of hot water for a refreshing shower. Breakfast was cooked to perfection, with a variety of delicious dishes. appreciated the thoughtful little extras, such as cake on arrival and milk in the fridge. The location was perfect, close to a quaint village with a pub, shop, and cafe, making it easy to grab a quick bite or drink.

Although the nearby village had everything we needed, I do feel that the hotel's remote location may not suit everyone, especially those who like nightlife. The roads leading to the hotel were quite narrow and twisty, particularly at night when they were unlit.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities and exceptional service. the Sun terrace and Garden area were perfect for relaxing and taking in the beautiful surroundings. the room advantages were impressive, with high-quality bedding and modern facilities. the breakfast was exquisite and the staff were attentive. Location wise, it provided easy access to nearby attractions. we couldn't have asked for a better stay.

There was a minor issue with the Packed lunches we ordered. While they were quite tasty and filling, they were slightly overpriced.

The location is perfect for accessing both the coast and the moors. the room we stayed in was spacious and clean, and the breakfasts were excellent. There were thoughtful touches such as homemade cake on arrival and milk in the fridge. A stroll down to the river and village with a pub, shop and cafe was easy.

The lighting in the room was too low, which made reading and working difficult.

We were warmly welcomed by Ruth, who showed us to our well-furnished annex and even treated us to a delicious homemade Victoria sponge. The location of the accommodation was perfect, situated in a peaceful area with stunning scenery. There were plenty of activities to explore within walking distance or a short drive away. The room was luxurious and comparable to expensive hotels we've stayed in before. The breakfast options were excellent and the service provided by Ruth was outstanding.

Access to the accommodation was restricted between 10am and 4pm, unless by prior arrangement.

My recent stay at Kings Farm Bed & Breakfast was utterly ideal for a peaceful and picturesque weekend getaway. The beautiful quiet location, nestled near moorland and coast, was easy to find and provided the perfect base for exploring. Walking down the drive to the river and village added to the charm, with a pub, shop, and cafe conveniently nearby. The Annex accommodation was comfortable, spacious, and offered a tranquil view of the large garden and hill. Plentiful hot water made for a great shower experience, and parking was easy. The host, Ruth, was incredibly welcoming and helpful, providing excellent suggestions for activities and dining options. The cooked breakfast was delicious and cooked to order, while the thoughtful extras like cake upon arrival and milk in the fridge added a special touch. I cannot wait to return to Kings Farm for another fantastic stay.
